Annapolis Royal Library

The library is located at 143 Ritchie St., in the Academy building at the rear. There is a good selection of books for all ages, DVDs, audiobooks on CD, magazines and much more. The collection is refreshed on a regular basis so there is always something new to the shelves.  Public Internet access is available with free WiFi available 24/7. And we have a wonderful Innovation Lab for you to explore.

The space includes two meeting rooms, call the library to see about a booking.

The Annapolis Innovation Lab has some pretty amazing equipment for you to try, a 3D printer, Cricut Maker, sewing machine and serger, robotics and much more. See our Events calendar for supervised hours that can be booked for instruction or assistance with a project (these can be used to get a lab membership). A lab membership will allow you to book the lab during library hours for unsupervised use (call the library to book). A Solar PV system has been installed at the Academy, through the Clean Annapolis Project (CARP). The system is a 11.055kW solar photovoltaic system installed by Nova Sun Power with electrical completed by Charles Stewart Electrical.
