Position: Regional Branch Manager
Location: AVRL Administration Office- Berwick
Status: Permanent full time (non-bargaining unit)
Salary range: $76,076 – $83,720 annually (2026-27 Salary Band 10)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm
Hours per pay period: 70 hours
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The AVRL is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic manager to oversee the operations at all AVRL branches. The Regional Branch Manager leads all of the Branch Supervisors to achieve internal service excellence. This role is a member of the senior management team and oversees both daily operations and strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to change management and service improvement.
